Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aba99 ("aba99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aba99.club website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products and services offered thereon, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, promotional programmes, and customer support services.

By accessing aba99.club, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have registered an account, contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

aba99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at aba99.club/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to aba99 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. aba99 does not permit use of the platform by minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of aba99 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of aba99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on aba99 that was closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other violation.

aba99 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings generated from an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of aba99 services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update your account information promptly should any of your details change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aba99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

3.2 KYC Verification

aba99 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number)
• A selfie or video verification as directed by the KYC team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. aba99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time, including on long-standing accounts, if circumstances require it.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aba99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aba99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on aba99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aba99 does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your aba99 wallet within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. aba99 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and are typically completed within 2 hours of a verified request. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are generally the fastest. Bank and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

aba99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds with no intention of gaming — for example, to exploit a bonus or to cycle funds through the platform — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. aba99 reserves the right to block, delay, or reverse any transaction that appears suspicious and to report such activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

aba99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered and accepted. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the aba99 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, and IP address. Players who have previously held an aba99 account are not eligible for a new welcome bonus under any circumstances.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

aba99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using automated tools or bots to place bets; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the platform; placing opposing bets across accounts to hedge bonus funds; and any other strategy whose primary purpose is to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine gaming activity. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their account closed permanently.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

In addition to the specific prohibitions described elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly forbidden on the aba99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the aba99 platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-type games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage must be reported to support immediately; winnings from exploited glitches are void
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aba99 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the aba99 platform, its servers, databases, or related infrastructure
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed at aba99

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on aba99.club — including but not limited to the aba99 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party game providers, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of aba99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aba99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any aba99 content; create derivative works based on aba99 content; use aba99's name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or index any part of the aba99 website by automated means. Any unauthorised use of aba99 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Game content on the aba99 platform is supplied under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective provider. aba99 does not claim ownership of game content supplied by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aba99, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings; loss of data; service interruptions; errors in game outcomes caused by technical faults; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

aba99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aba99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aba99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which aba99 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through aba99's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aba99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
